  1. HAPPY 8TH ANNIVERSARY KARA!!!! I still can't believe it's been 8 years since our girls have debuted. Even though there were some tough times for KARA, our girls never let us down and to this very day still amaze me. I think this is even a more special year because it's little Youngji's first time to celebrate KARA's anniversary day. Thank you girls for all of the hard work and let's hope for many more years to come!

  2. I rooted and prayed for Sojin throughout the course of the show. She just has that spark and it's so sad to see that spark be extinguished so quickly. I love you so much Ahn Sojin, even though you technically didn't debut yet...you've managed to come into the hearts of many fans who love you so dearly. I hope that you'll get to sing and dance to your heart's content up in heaven. We're always watching out for you. RIP Sojin :(

Lol soo this is going to be a rather long explanation (sorry!). Okay, so Sunghee is at the top and Youngji is at the bottom because they represent day (light) and night (dark). The first KARA line up included Sunghee hence why she is day because we start off in the daytime, while the final KARA line up includes Youngji (who symbolizes nightime, which is when our day ends).

Nicole and Jiyoung represent winter, hence why I used blue/cool colors for their picture. Winter is usually when flowers die (JINI STILL LIVES IN MY HEART <3)...as we all know the last KARA album with the five member line up was full bloom, so we did get to see KARA (which in this case could be symbolized as a flower) go from the "first blooming" all the way to "full bloom", until the end of the five member line up (=winter).

Hara represents spring time, which is why I chose the bye bye happy times picture because of the flowers and it just screams spring to me for some reason lol. But anyway, spring is the season of when buds begin to form and eventually blossom. Personally, I think Hara has improved the most in KARA, both singing and dancing wise. I've definitely seen a different side to Hara when she first started out until now and she's grown from a tiny bud to a beautiful flower.

Seungyeon represents summertime (/hint hint the lush green grass she's laying on). When I first saw Seungyeon I thought she was so bright and warm, just like the sun. Summertime is all about having fun and letting loose. As we all know Seungyeon goes all out and does ridiculous things on various shows and she's just an overall funny girl!

Gyuri represents autumn/fall. I love love love blonde Gyuri and the color of her hair just reminds me of the falling leaves outside. The weather during the fall is cold (not as cold as winter), but you can warm up easily in the fall by drinking hot coco/tea. People usually think of Gyuri as having a cold personality, but in reality she has the most genuine person ever known to mankind and the more you get to know her the more warm and friendly she becomes.

lol wow I wrote a lot more than I expected :P

Lol...so it's my birthday today and I have two tests starting tomorrow so as you can see my life is quite pitiful right now! Winning these prizes will make me oh so very happy. Lol bad things usually happen around my birthday week, but this would totally turn it around. Also, we might not know each other personally...but you're a kamilia so I love you already! /throws hearts and kisses!

  5. It felt like our story was ending

    Our hearts never fully mending

    We became melancholy

But eventually we began to embrace dear Youngji fondly

Oh Mamma Mia! How can I live?

    With everything our girls give?

The song and music video was so good

Kara worked as hard as they could

Green light, yellow light, Red light

Nothing will ever stop our love for Day & Night!

    author's notes:

Hello my fellow kamilias! Happy holidays and i hope you guys enjoy reading this awfully written one-shot. Once again, Merry Christmas everyone! Stay happy and healthy~

Warning: lots of failed jokes as well as intended jokes/situations.

If Jiyoung had the opportunity to be anywhere else but here in a taxi with Nicole, she would immediately teleport herself there in a heartbeat. There wasn’t anything particularly wrong with the older member who sat next to her, however, Jiyoung imagined herself enjoying her Christmas eve quite differently.

“Aren’t you excited? It’ll just be me, you, and Kibum!” Nicole grins widely.

It’ll just be me, you, and Kibum! It’ll just be me, you, and Kibum! It’ll just be me, you, and Kibum!

As the words run back and forth through her mind endlessly, Jiyoung finds herself internally groaning at how unlucky she was to be “the buddy” this time.

Ever since the infamous couple outing of  2012, DSP media had made it their number one priority to never allow this type of scandal to happen again. The buddy system states that if a member were to leave for a date, that certain member must be accompanied by another colleague (preferably from the same group) to avoid any suspicion.

While the other members were comfortably in their own homes surrounded by family and friends, Jiyoung had absolutely no idea what to expect for the next two days.

“We’re here! Jiyoung-ah, we’re here!” Nicole, with a bit too much force, shakes Jiyoung out of her trance.

The girls leave the taxi cab and make their way up to the boys’ dormitory. Nicole literally runs up the stair case with Jiyoung following slowly behind.

She still wonders why they didn’t just take the elevator.
    ------------------------------------------

After fifteen minutes, Jiyoung finally makes it to SHINee’s dormitory. She knocks on the door and is immediately greeted by Key.

“Ah, you finally made it.” He laughs, “Nicole beat you by ten minutes.”

Jiyoung jokes, “She takes pilates, it’s totally unfair.”

“You act like I don’t invite you.” Nicole chimes in, “And besides, I came up faster so I can see my Kibummie.”

Key grabs her by the waist and she kisses him softly on the lips. Jiyoung feels queasy, very queasy. Why couldn’t they spare her the love fest? Wasn’t it bad enough that she had to be there against her own will?

She coughs loudly when their kisses begin to look rather intense, “So, is dinner ready?”

They stop eating at each others faces and soon after  Key answers, “Not yet. Probably give it another hour or two.”

“Oh, I almost forgot about the chicken!” Nicole sprints out to the kitchen
They hear water running in the background and assume that she’s beginning to prep the mentioned poultry. Jiyoung stares at Key, it’s obvious he wants some alone time with his girlfriend.

“If you guys want, I could help.” She wearily offers, knowing that they won’t be needing her “buddy” services any longer.

“It’s fine, just go find something to do for now. We’ll call you out when dinner’s ready.” Key leads Jiyoung into one of the rooms, “None of the guys will be back, so feel free to play with their stuff. But don’t touch my things.” He playfully warns her.

The younger girl heavily sighs as she closes the door behind her. What was there to do for the next two hours?

She could always call Sulli, but then again her friend was probably too busy.

She could watch a movie? Jiyoung shudders, perhaps that’s not the greatest idea knowing what types of movies young lonely men enjoy.

Or maybe she could go online and check the media outlets? She stops herself from turning on the laptop, did she really want to read nasty comments about her fellow peers?

After running out of possible things she could do to keep herself occupied, Jiyoung settles for taking a long and much needed nap. She plops down on one of the beds and covers herself in the mounds of blankets. Her eyelids begin to shut and she feels herself slowly sinking away.

Jiyoung dreams of a warm, sunny day on a beach. The sunlight radiates onto her skin and the sand feels cool beneath her toes. She walks along the shore path, while collecting the various sea shells that seem to magically pop up. Ah, she’s never felt so free in her life.

Perhaps it was because she was sleeping in his bed, but somehow Taemin is walking beside her. He smiles, “Jiyoung-sshi, you’ve gotten prettier throughout the years.”

She giggles to herself, “If only you weren’t married.”

“I wish you were my partner.” He places a gentle kiss on her right hand

He gives her more compliments than she had ever received in her entire lifetime. She faintly recognizes that it’s probably a dream, since their conversations in real life typically doesn’t even last five seconds.  However, Jiyoung definitely knows she’s dreaming when Onew randomly runs over to them with a bucket of chicken--burnt chicken.

The strange thing was the fact that she could smell the chicken. Her nostrils instantly flare up when the smell becomes even more pronounced than before. Jiyoung, not willing to leave her beautiful dreamland, hesitantly opens her eyes.

She rushes out of the room when she’s greeted by a cloud of harsh smoke. As she makes her way to the kitchen, she hears two voices bickering loudly.

“What happened?” Jiyoung rubs her watery eyes
Key puts out the small fire with the fire extinguisher, “Einstein over here forgot to time the chicken right.”

“Well maybe if you shared the stove top instead of hogging it, I could check the oven easier.” Nicole fumes.

“It’s still edible if you peel off the skin.” Jiyoung suggests, trying to ease down the heated argument.

She was expecting protests from both sides, but was taken aback when it was quiet. Without a single word, Nicole grabs some dishes out of the cupboard and begins to set up the table. Key brings out the main course along with the side dishes they cooked and places them down.

They all eat in silence with Jiyoung sitting in between the two. Jiyoung takes a quick glance at Nicole. Her face is grim and it’s the first time Jiyoung has ever witnessed the older girl not enjoying food.

She looks to her right side and she sees Key attacking the life out of the burnt chicken. He stabs the piece of meat repeatedly, but she notices that the mutilated chicken never makes it into his mouth.

This was probably the only time she’s seen both of them so angry at each other. She’s witnessed plenty of quarrels in the past, but nothing as severe as this one. None as quiet as this one. In fact, this was also the longest time they’ve ever been quiet--for now that is.

“Can you pass the corn?” Key points to the plate of corn that sits right in front of Nicole.

Nicole doesn’t respond and continues grumpily eating, so Jiyoung passes the plate to Key. He scoops a spoonful of the corn and with great emphasis he bangs the spoon against his plate.

Nicole takes a sip of her drink, “Jiyoung-ah, could you please tell him to stop being so loud?”

Jiyoung carefully repeats what the older female said. Instead of stopping, Key makes even more noise with the spoon. He looks over at Nicole, while hitting the utensil off of his plate and cup.

She had to quickly think of a way to further ease the tension between the two and well Key’s noise was giving her a headache, so the faster she stopped whatever was happening the better. Jiyoung in the most cheeriest voice she could possibly muster says, “Merry Christmas!”

As soon as the words leave her mouth, Jiyoung instantly feels like a complete idiot. Their solemn reactions just added onto her embarrassment. All she wants to do at this very moment is hit her head repeatedly on the table and disappear forever.

“Jiyoung” Key finally talks, “Tell Nicole that I said ‘Merry Christmas’.”

The youngest of the three begins to speak, but is suddenly interrupted by the recipient of the message. “And tell him that I said ‘Happy New Years’.”

After the not so pleasant holiday greetings to each other, it begins to quiet down again at the awkward dinner table. For once, Jiyoung is more than thankful for the silence. She’s quite amazed at how fast everything escalated.

Much to the poor maknae’s dismay, however, the silence is soon replaced with sound.

“Okay, Jiyoung, tell me who’s side are you on? All I said to her was that she should’ve known when to take it out.” Key explains.

She thinks it’s ridiculous that they’re fighting over a chicken, but obviously she wouldn’t say that out loud. She sticks with something neutral, “Maybe she didn’t time it correctly? But the chicken’s good anyways, Unnie.”

There’s a small smile on Nicole’s lips, but it goes as fast as it came, “Noooo. It’s not only about the chicken.” She corrects him.

“Then what have we been arguing about for the past three hours?” Key snaps.

“You clearly don’t want me here.” She folds her arms across her chest.

“What are you talking about now?”

“I’m sorry that I’m not a perfectionist, I’m sorry that I ruined your Christmas!” Nicole heatedly throws her napkin on the table

Key rolls his eyes, “Do you see what I have to deal with?”

Jiyoung slightly shrugs at his statement. If there was one thing she learned from living with four other girls, is that you never ever pick sides no matter what.

“And here’s your stupid present.” Nicole grabs a wrapped box and tosses it straight at Key.

He dodges it just in time. While Jiyoung was thankful no one was injured, Key had the complete opposite reaction. This only aggravated him even more than before. Jiyoung concluded that Key’s face was far more brighter than Rudolph’s nose.

“Why are you so irritated today? Are you on your period?” He takes a nearby pillow from the couch and throws it in her direction.

It hits her right in the face and although she doesn’t show it, Nicole is on the verge of ripping every single follicle on his head. Jiyoung doesn’t blame her though, another thing one should not bring up in an argument is a woman’s menstrual cycle.

“No I’m not!” She takes a random gift from the small Christmas tree besides her and flings it at him again.

Soon enough, World War III was happening in the small dormitory. Presents of all shapes and sizes were being thrown back and forth between the two with Jiyoung dead set in the middle. She ducks down and manages to avoid a big silver box. The frightened child only hopes that they have gift receipts because these presents were not going to be in one piece by Christmas morning.

“Since we’re at it, might as well let everything out now.” Key suggests.

She shortly replies through gritted teeth, “Fine by me.”

“Two words…bubble gum.”  He puts great emphasis on the two words.

Jiyoung recalls this incident from a story Nicole once told her of. Apparently it had something to do with Nicole falling asleep while a glob of gum fell out of her mouth and onto Key’s hair.

Nicole scoffs, “You said that it was the greatest thing that happened to your hair and look at all the people who had half shaved hairstyles this year.”

“My hair disaster happened three years ago and everyone calls it the ‘Skrillex’ not the ‘Key’.”

“It happened three years ago. Get over it Kim Kibum.” Now it was Nicole’s turn, she attempted her best impersonation of him, “When exactly are you going to lose weight?”

“What?”  He has a confused look on his face, “You told me to remind you.”

“Yeah, but not all blunt like that.”

“Ah, I wonder who got so many compliments on her body after that?”

Nicole is silent after that remark and it seems like the argument has finally reached its conclusion, but Key isn’t done just yet.

“So Jung Yongjoo, how about Jung Jinwoon?” He brings up his fellow ‘91-line friend.

“You’re not actually jealous are you?” She has a sly look on her face, “He’s your friend too.”

“At least I don’t flirt with my friends.” He mutters under his breath, but it’s still loud enough that the two girls could hear.

    “Im Jinah?” She questions

    “Jaejin.”

    “Min.”

Key seems to explode when he says the next name, “Dongwoon and Australia!”

Nicole covers her ears and just repeatedly shouts, “Jung Eunji! Jung Eunji! Jung Eunji! Jung Eunji!”

The argument once again takes another turn and Jiyoung is getting quite dizzy from all the random issues they bring up. Who ever knew they kept so much hatred inside?

“All I did was complain about the chicken. You know I complain about everything, so why are you mad all of a sudden?” Key asks, which makes Jiyoung also curious as to why she didn’t ignore him like she usually does.

“I just wanted this to be a perfect Christmas, but you couldn’t even do that for me.”

And then it hits Jiyoung--it hits her so hard. The two simple words…Perfect Christmas. So far, this was anything but a perfect Christmas. Why did she have to deal with all of this? The constant arguing, the burnt chicken, the flying presents.

Even amongst Jiyoung’s internal rage against the couple, she couldn’t even think properly without having to hear them bickering at each other in the background.

“Enough already!” She shrieks at the top of her lungs, “The both of you need to stop!”

Their attention is now on the maknae and she nods approvingly to herself. “I don’t know why you guys can’t forgive each other over such stupid things. I don’t have to be here with such negative people. Oh, and did I even get a simple ‘thank you’ for being here? No! All I get is screaming and yelling. Instead of being so selfish and thinking about yourselves, did you guys ever think about me?” She rambles about everything she has felt during her time there.

“This is my Christmas too and I sacrificed it for you guys to be together.” Jiyoung finishes her rant, while wiping the tears that ran down her face.

Jiyoung runs out of the dorm. She doesn’t want continue any longer. She doesn’t want to stay behind and hear their meaningless explanations. They took advantage of her kindness and her patience had run thin.

Her face feels frozen from the cold weather and the never ending tears. Jiyoung desperately wants to stop crying but can’t seem to make herself from doing so. Her legs are beginning to feel numb from the chilling winds. She lies down in the snow in a fetal position.

    She feels weak and worthless.

Jiyoung wonders what the other members are doing and how warm they are in the houses with their families. She became even more envious just thinking about everything she was missing out on.

Two minutes pass by and Jiyoung hears her name being called. She groans internally, she was actually content with just lying in the snow alone.

Nicole playfully kicks her butt, “Jiyoung-ah, I’m sorry for ruining your Christmas.”

Jiyoung pretends to ignore her, which leads to another apology--one from Key that is.

“I’m sorry too. I guess I didn’t realize how much you went through because of us.” Key’s voice is gentle.

“Don’t be mad at us, okay? I only wanted everything to be perfect because I was scared I wouldn’t have another chance to be with you guys anymore.” Nicole confesses about her troubles.

Now Jiyoung feels nothing but guilty. She forgot about the stress Nicole was going through on her future with KARA.

“Unnie, I’m sorry.” Jiyoung cries even more

Nicole’s voice cracks a bit, “Don’t worry about it. Let’s go back and just finish that chicken.”

Jiyoung nods, but the rest of her body is stiff. She wiggles back and forth, but can’t seem to get up.

Key notices this and chuckles loudly to himself. He leans down and carries the small girl into his arms, “You’re not jealous are you?”

“Jiyoung is the last person I would be jealous of.” Nicole jokes

“Y-Yah.” Jiyoung pouts as she holds onto Key for dear life.
    --------------------------------

The rest of the night went a lot better. The three watched a marathon of Christmas movies and ate more popcorn than a human being should. Nicole and Key’s presents were surprisingly in one piece, however, Jiyoung was the complete opposite. The poor child ended up with nothing but the common cold from being out in the snow.

Although it wasn’t her ideal Christmas, Jiyoung doesn’t seem to mind though since she has the best nurses right next to her.

  7. I'm a kamilia from the U.S (more specifically, Pennsylvania). I've been a fan of KARA for four years now and I've been listening to kpop in general since '08...so like five years now? KARA wasn't the first girl group that I encountered when I first got into kpop and when I did watch their earlier music videos, which included "Pretty Girl" and "Rock U", I have to admit that I wasn't really impressed with them at all. I just remember thinking to myself like what the heck did I watch? lol. But then, "Honey" came out and I was pretty hesitant to watch/listen to it...however, I decided to give it a shot! I was so glad that I not only gave them a chance, but in a way that fate also gave me a chance with them too. I liked how simplistic the "Honey" video was and the song was/still is catchy to this very day.

Even after "Honey" though, I still didn't consider myself a true fan yet. I felt like KARA was a mystery since they weren't on many variety shows yet. Like most other kamilias, I became a fan in '09 when "Mr." came out. I believe this was when KARA's popularity sky-rocketed for sure, so even more variety shows and appearances! That time period was when I learned a lot about these five beautiful girls and their individual charms. Unfortunately, a year later was when everything turned for the worst. The lawsuit between KARA and DSP just shattered my heart and spirit. I remember watching KARA in Japan reading the supportive messages on a television screen and crying. That image has stayed with me ever since then and every time I think about it, I ever so ugly cry too. I've never cried over any group, not even my many bias boy groups (specifically DBSK, who split up the year before) so I kinda surprised myself when it happened. To be honest, even if I could, I wouldn't have changed anything about that lawsuit. Although others might have thought it was bad, it taught me two important things: 1.) KARA is a strong group (for sticking with each other through thick and thin) 2.) kamilia really is a family (we all supported each other and KARA not only through the tough times, but always)

To Kamilias, thank you so much for befriending me and others as well! The love and support we have for KARA is just amazing. I'm proud to call myself a kamilia because we never cause any troubles for our girls or to any other fandom (even if they don't do the same for us lol). We're not the biggest fandom out there, but we're probably one of the most united fandoms for sure. Thank you for cheering our girls on at events when I or other kamilas couldn't. Oh yeah, thank you for all loving the girls equally and not alienating any of the members! I love you all~

Finally, I want to thank my five (six) angels Park Gyuri, Han Seungyeon, Nicole Jung, Goo Hara, Kang Jiyoung, and Kim Sunghee for allowing me to give girl groups a fair chance and for being exceptional role models. I honestly can't find anything wrong with any of the girls (like seriously, how do some of you guys pick out only one bias?!). Although KARA isn't the greatest singers/dancers in kpop, they have something that other groups don't have and that is heart. I haven't seen a more humble girl group than KARA (even if they are already popular) and that's another thing (out of the million reasons) I love about them, they haven't changed since debut. Congrats on the anniversary girls! Six years down, a whole bunch more to come!!

p.s. thank you karaholic for having this giveaway, even if I don't win (sadly)...it was just nice to let out my feelings for KARA and Kamilias. Sorry this was so long lol.

  8. *Note: So I think my chapters are going to be rather short, mostly because the flow of the story seems to be that way? unfortunately, jiyoung hasn't made her appearance yet...she will soon enough though! thank you to Mrs.Ok, Juniyeon, loveholic, ilikecheese, & plainsha for reading! :D

    Chapter 2

"So what do you think of Taemin?" Minho asked once they were in their own room.

"He's okay...I guess." she said nonchalantly.

Minho tiredly fell backwards onto the bed, patting the spot next to him. Hara took his cue and sat down on the well cushioned bed, shaking her head repeatedly.

"What's wrong?" he turned over to her

Her eyes were tightly closed as she massaged her temples, "How long is he exactly staying here?"

"I don't know, probably a couple of months."

"A couple of months?!" Hara stomped her feet

"Why are you so worried?" he asked playfully. "Are you scared he'll hear us?"

The agitated girl grabbed a nearby pillow and whacked her boyfriend repeatedly. Then being serious, Hara threw the pillow aside and jumped on top of Minho. He was planted against the bed, with Hara holding him down with all of her strength.

"Oh, believe me I'm not scared about that." she whispered into his ear.

    "Good." he softly said

Hara kissed Minho slowly, while attempting to pull his skin tight shirt up.

"Hyung, where's the bathroom?" Taemin leaned against the door frame

The teenager boy startled the "busy" couple. Hara rolled off of Minho and was now laying next to him, but he immediately got up and walked towards Taemin, putting his arm around the petite boy.

"Aish, so embarrassing." she muttered, pulling the sheets over her now brightly pink face.

    ------------

"Good morning, noona" Taemin greeted her

She placed a fake smile onto her lips again, "How was your night?"

"Eh, it was okay. Minho and I watched a full marathon of car hijacks last night."

"Yeah. I know." she said through gritted teeth

He munched happily on his cereal as he observed her just like the day before. She ignored his presence, the more she thought about it the more it made her mad. If he had paid attention yesterday to her little tour then he wouldn't have been lost.

"I gotta go to work early today, okay?" Minho stuffed a piece of toast in his mouth while juggling an energy drink in his hand.

"Okay. I'll see you later." Hara leaned up and gave him a quick peck on the cheek.

    "Bye hyung!" Taemin waved

The older male left the house, leaving the two awkward acquaintances staring at each other.

"I never asked about your night. How was it, noona?" he had a sly look on his face

She crushed the fragile egg in her tiny fist, "Are you testing my patience?"

"Me, Lee Taemin, messing with you?" he laughed cheerfully, "Noona, who ever gave you that absurd idea?"

Hara rolled her doll like eyes, ignoring him once more.

    "I'm bored. Let's play a game."

"What kind of game?" she washed her hands.

    "Twenty questions." he answered

"Fine, but you have to go first."

"Okay." he nodded, "How long have you been dating hyung?"

"Three years." Hara added in more details, "Our anniversary is coming up soon too."

"Interesting. When was the first time you met?"

"February 14th, 2008." she answered confidently

    "And where?"

    "On campus."

    "What class?"

    "In literature class."

Taemin smiled, "Your memory is really good noona."

"Thank you." she held her head up high, somewhat flattered by his comment.

"Where was he born?" his question caught her off guard.

    "Incheon"

"Okay. What's Minho hyung's favorite color?"

    "Umm...red?" Hara guessed.

"Close, but his favorite color is actually green." he corrected her

    "I swore it was red."

"Well, it's not red and I'm sure Minho wouldn't randomly change his color choice." He shot her another question,

"How many dogs does he have?"

    "He has one dog."

Taemin imitated a buzzer,No. He technically had a dog, but she died."

"Yah! I said he had a dog didn't I? You never asked for specifics."

"But it was assumed wasn't it?"

"I guess so. Oh by the way, you have twelve questions left."

"The question I asked you before doesn't count."

"yes it does. It was a question and this is twenty questions not 'I'll only ask what questions I want'." Hara had her poker face on. She wasn't going to lose to him that easily.

"Okay, very well then. How many scars does he have?"

"Two. One on his left calf and the other on his stomach." this time she made sure to add in the specific information.

"You're half right. Minho also has a small one on his-" he stopped and considered something. "I'm sure you know where it's at."

Hara thought about what he said for awhile then she suddenly realized which scar he was hinting at. "Wait a second. Why do you know where that scar is?"

"Noona, don't be rude. It's not your turn to ask questions yet." Taemin winked at the older girl.

Hara scoffed, "Fine. Hurry up and ask all of your questions."

He yawned and stretched his arms, "Eh, I'm tired now. Let's play again later."

She stared at him bewildered by his nonchalant attitude. The mischievous boy headed to his room, but was immediately stopped by hara. She held onto his hood not letting him escape so easily, "You just woke up thirty minutes ago."

"I'm a teenager, my hormones are telling me that I'm tired now."

"Your hormones have nothing to do with your sleeping patterns." she said as a matter of fact

"Hara noona, I think we both know where this game is headed. Maybe you should learn a little bit more about Minho hyung." he sweetly smiled at her, while also patting her head.

Taemin went to his room, leaving the owner of the house stunned and speechless. Hara stood there with her mouth wide open, shocked by his impact. Steam filling up her body and coming out her ears just like those tempered cartoons she watched as a child. How did she end up losing to him once again?

    Chapter 1

"Good morning" Minho came into the kitchen, " What's for breakfast?"

Hara gave him a playful glare, "Your underwear"

She threw the basket of laundry onto the table, sorting out his clothes and her clothes. He looked at her, observing if it was the right time to break the news to her. His girlfriend seemed pretty calm on this Sunday morning. He cleared his throat, which easily got her attention.

"Hara, is it okay if my friend stays with us for a while?" Minho asked as she started to fold his delicates.

"Yeah." she nodded."Who's this friend of yours?"

Minho softly chuckled to himself and didn't even bother to answer her question. He was usually open about his past and even informed Hara of his exes. So why was he secretive of this friend? Hara wasn't the jealous type, but the thought of him not telling her the truth made her feel a bit disappointed.

"Jagiya, tell me more about your friend." she whined cutely

    "There's really nothing to say."

Hara pouted,"Fine. Don't say anything then."

Minho could sense her frustration in the tone of her voice. It was also that time of the month and he sure didn't want to experience the "tantrum of '09" once again.

He wrapped his arms around her petite body, "he's just an old buddy from high school."

"Oh, it's a 'he'." She felt a bit relieved knowing that their guest was a male instead of a female.

"When is he coming over?" Hara asked.

    "Today" he laughed awkwardly

Hara sent a thousand daggers at him with her stern glare, "Choi Minho. If you knew your friend was coming today, why didn't you say something before?"

He tried to avoid her eyes, which were still planted on his face.

    "Why?" she questioned once more.

"I-I thought you would've been mad." he stammered

Her hands were now on her hips, "How do you think I feel now?"

Just when he was about to answer, there was a light knock at the door. Hara took her intense gaze off of Minho and walked towards the door. She turned the door knob and opened the door.

Before her stood a boy who seemed not that much younger than her. He fixed his orange-red hair and then he studied Hara for awhile.

"Hi I'm Taemin! Minho's friend." He introduced himself.

Taemin extended his hand out for her to shake. Being polite as every other human, she shook his hand.

    "I'm Hara. Minho's girlfriend."

"Ah, so this is the person he's been talking about."

Hara stared at him blankly. What did he mean by "the person"? Was Minho telling this Taemin about their relationship?

He looked over her shoulder, "Minho hyung!" he slightly pushed her out of the way.

The two friends hugged for a moment, while hara still stood near the door way watching them. Minho's head was deep into Taemin's neck and Taemin's head was nuzzled deep onto his hyung's chest. Hara felt a bit discomforted from witnessing this scene, she never imagined that they were this close.

She softly coughed trying to get their attention, but her efforts were wasted since neither of the boys noticed. She coughed again this time, except a lot louder than before.

Minho looked up at Hara, "Are you okay?"

"Yeah. I think there was something caught in my throat." she lied.

"Should we show Taemin around the house now?" she suggested.

"Yeah." he nodded, releasing his grip from Taemin.

The three walked around the small house. The two males were busying chatting away, while Hara was pointing out which rooms were which and where he would be staying. They stopped in front of the biggest bedroom in this tiny house.

"Hyung, is this your room?" the younger boy asked.

    "Yup. It's also Hara's too."

Taemin had a sly look on his face as he stared back and forth at the older boy and girl, "So all the action takes place here."

Minho nudged him with his elbow as Hara instantly blushed at the comment.

"Awkward moment there huh, hyung?" Taemin whistled innocently.

"I've missed you a lot." Minho rested his arm upon his dongsaeng's shoulder.

Hara forced a smile onto her lips, but deep inside she wanted to smack that little smirk off of his face.

  10. This sounds really interesting! I wonder how hara will continue to survive like this. Lol chansung as her customer! You did well with describing the scenes. Gah, I feel so bad for reading things like this...but your story is so good. I like the flirting Minho does. Hope you update soon.

Hello! This is my first time posting my story on here. I'm actually on my itouch right now, so if the formatting is weird then I'm sorry lol. Hopefully everyone will like it! & yes, hara's head was resized.:P

    Prologue

Bromance-(noun) a close relationship between two heterosexual males.

Hara didn't mind when Minho said his friend was coming to stay over for a couple of months.

but she never thought that it would change her whole life or actually make her jealous of a boy for once.
