Nakamaru! I remember how he was the only person who could put up with Jin on cartoon KAT-TUN haha. In the 5nin KAT-TUN I'm probably leaning more towards Ueda (because of his beautiful compositions <3) and Kame (because he was my first bias before Jin) <333 Whee now i can't wait to watch the concert *O* i downloaded it but i'm preventing myself from... clicking.. on...it....

Girl's Talk is REALLY something. It's still in the Top 10 after like what, 2 months? Truly amazing. Hopefully it can move up to the #1 spot tomorrow. It's kind of hard to say, since Vocaloid is wildly popular in Japan, but we can still hope.

Usually the rating of the first episode of a drama indicates the amount of interest in a drama. 4.2% is really high for the timeslot that Urakara is in, so that means the anticipation for this drama is pretty high. Hopefully the rating stays around that number for the rest of the episodes. The Amazon Japan page for UraKARA DVD is already out lol --> http://www.amazon.co.jp/URAKARA-KARA-%E5%87%BA%E6%BC%94-DVD/dp/B004HO51Y0 It's not available for purchase yet but I reckon the price will be around the same as AKB48's Majisuka Gakuen, which is ￥15,960. Since this is a bilingual drama, I'm guessing there will be a Korean release too, and that will probably be cheaper.

ikr?! if this trend continues, i wouldn't be surprised if the sales hit 300k, or even more. This album is super sticky ;D And oh dang GT is so close to the #1 spot! It would be downright amazing if they can manage to get a daily #1 almost two months after the release date.

Wow, I never thought my post would've generated this much discussion, maybe it's inadvertently a good thing because we're getting more people participating in this thread. But chill, everyone, I merely said that I didn't like the drama judging from the first episode. Sure, it could get better, but so far I'm not liking it, and that's my own opinion. You don't have to agree with it. @KaraNice @aneaab - I guess some people are just more sentivie to others' opinions.

That would be Yukan Club, and yes that was bad, but I think Urakara is equally bad, if not worse. I think I'm the only voice of dissent here among everyone who loves Urakara, lol. I wouldn't even touch this drama if not for the girls, and, tbh, I'm not sure if I want to keep on watching the rest of the episodes. I'll probably just skim through them to check out the girls' actings, but that's about it. I don't want to write too much because someone will surely get offended, so I'll leave it at that.

lol indeed. And the opening song is SOS, not IOA, that's the theme song. But I guess the news article has been paraphrased since it's from a Korean source. I had to strain my ears to hear it because they were talking over it but yes it sounds beautiful. <3 Hopefully we'll get to her more snippets of the song when the drama airs~

Technically it's not leaked lol. It's a drama theme song, so of course you'll hear it a few months in advance as the drama is airing. Drama tie-in singles are usually released as the drama is wrapping up, so 2 months seems just right because there are 12 episodes to Urakara. And remember that the previews to Jumping came out pretty early too. You have to shift your mind from the Korean music scene to the Japanese music scene, haha. Because this is how it works in Japan.

I, for one, would LOVE to see Ima Okuritai Arigatou being promoted as the main single, i.e. A-side. Idols don't always need to rely on catchy choreographies. Whatever happened to good music just being good music? KARA are idols, but that doesn't mean they can't promote ballads. Other idol groups have successfully promoted ballads before - AKB48's huge jump in sales started with Sakura no Shiori, a ballad. Besides, IOA is a drama tie-in --> more exposure. So we're getting a Korean ballad as well? This is like a dream come true.

Latest news article on Urakara: http://news.nicovideo.jp/watch/nw20891 The opening song to Urakara will be KARA's SOS, and the theme song is a new song called 今、贈りたい『ありがとう』(Ima, Okuritai "Arigatou"), which is roughly (very roughly) translated to "Now, the "Thank You" I want to gift to you," which, I assume, is the ballad song we all heard in the preview video.
