    Kara, Debut Japanese Album Goes on Sale

    After signing with large-scale label Universal Music Sigma in Japan, Kara will be releasing their first debut single "Mister." Starting with this album release, Kara will launch full-scale promotions in Japan.

    Prior to this, Kara posted an intro video on Universal's Kara homepage, as well as a 30-second teaser of the Japanese version of "Mister" through YouTube.

    "Mister," which was Kara's follow-up song to "Wanna" from their second full-length album, but it actually exceeded the popularity of "Wanna" due to the extremely popular "butt dance," which received a lot of love in Korea. Because of the hot reaction, "Mister" was chosen as the title single to enter Japan's market with, which they hope to lift Kara's status as "Korean Wave" stars.

    In May, Kara shook hands with 8,000 Japanese fans and officially launched their fanclub there, which received an explosive response from Japanese fans.

    Meanwhile, Kara will depart for their Japan promotions at the end of this month. They'll make appearances on Japanese local programs, and after their album release on the 11th, they'll have a mini live concert and handshake event at Shinmokjang Studio in Japan.

    it really has been a long road...that's all i can say. and i think that's what makes kara fans unique...esp those who have been around during kara4 days...and that's why i dropped tears when i saw kara as #3 for mubank first half of the year...going against the likes of kpop legends. people wonder why i'd be so emotional about being just third place...but they'll probably never understand...those who have always been at the top will never understand =\

    lol dunno if anyone will ever read this...but i got my RDR album and got sooyoung for the random poster. I like SY a lot, but if anyone is interested in a trade let me know keke

    RDR is definitely growing on me...before I was like hm I'm not so sure about this, and yeah Yoona's bang-lid thing was kinda funky haha. But the song is pretty different so it's growing on me. they are quite a talented group to say the least

    Girl Group Kara has strong confidence about their comeback.

    Kara's 3rd Mini Album's "Lupin" is already receiving a hot reaction prior to their comeback performance.

    Kara released their 3rd mini album on the 17th and 18th through various online music portals. As soon as it was released, it rose to 1st place on real-time charts, and the next day it was 1st place on Dosirak, Mnet, Soribada, Bugs, Monkey3's daily charts.

    Kara's management said, "We're looking forward to an even hotter reaction after the comeback performance. Lupin's choreography has a more powerful charm than Mister's butt dance, and we expect that it will grasp the hearts of fans."

    Kara, who is feeling the popularity of Lupin even prior to their first broadcast, "feels even greater pressure, but has high expectations and are practicing very hard for a perfect performance."
