  1. I think Rider sounds like the style Sweetune gives Infinite, and 따라와 sounds more like the sassy style they give Rainbow. Strawberry is very much a classic Kara style, but I think Apink could do it well, and Date could be done well by Dalmatian (though you'd have to change it to My Girl)

Step is 100% Kara signature style and I don't think anyone else could do it right.

  2. I'm 171cm so I consider 160 to be the perfect height. When I hug a girl that height, they wrap their arms around my chest and rest their head on it next to my shoulder, and if I look the same way I rest my head on theirs as my arms go around their upper arms to hold them tight. It's a very comfy snuggly fit and also a good height difference for kissing. ;)

  3. I think their new songs definitely have more of a jpop sound, but they have the same composers that they have had since Rock U. Do you think this is just the composers trying to better suit the songs to Japan, or will their next Korean promotions have a different flavor to them? I think their Korean albums have been very consistent in style and quality, so it is interesting to see some significant stylistic shifts in their Japanese singles.

  4. I'm not really into girls when they get super muscly, but Nicole has just the right amount. She is sporty and fit, perfect for a dancer like she is, not like a bodybuilder. I like staying fit and want to keep an active lifestyle to stay fit for my whole life, so I really like girls like her who are the same way.

  5. It always makes me smile when she doesn't understand things very well. I'm learning Korean and I always feel like I am going too slow. Even with her years there, she can still miss what is going on when a whole group of people is talking or when more obscure words are used. She is probably thinking "Oh no, I have to work harder" while keeping her sweet smile, but just being herself with this weakness is very encouraging to me as I face the same challenge.

  6. I dreamt that I went to the grocery store, except in the front area was a Japanese restaurant instead of a deli or something. Everyone was standing in line to greet me, like Hyun Bin going into his store in Secret Garden, except I greeted everyone as I passed. It was kind of weird because you know how the space in the front of grocery stores is narrow because of the checkout lanes, so we were close. Anyway, after I turned around a corner Kara was sitting down at a table (a square one pushed up against a half wall to kind of be like a booth) eating lunch. I greeted them but I didn't think they wanted attention to be alerted to their presence so I didn't say their names.

I greeted them in Korean, and Seungyeon greeted me in English and her accent was super cute. Then she was like "oh, you must be..." and thought I was some American celebrity but I said "oh, no, no that's not me" in Korean and quickly ran out of ability to say anything else, so I was like "oh, uh.." and turned to Nicole and said "I don't know how much English they know, so I'll talk to you... I heard about the trouble you're having with your management. I hope everything turns out for the best." and then I woke up.

Super weird for me. I hardly ever dream of real people, but I'm happy that I spoke Korean in my dream.

  7. It was Hara because I was watching Invincible Youth and I <3 her, but then I saw Nicole doing the buttdance and I was like *drool* then I heard Hammie sing live and was like "woaa" then I saw Jing's pure beauty/hotness/cuteness with Jumping and I was *spazz* then I watched more performances and interviews with Gyuri and was like "goddess @_@"

But really more than any of them it was Revolution itself. It is my fav kpop CD and those amazing songs first made me love them even before I got to know more about them.
