Hey Karaholic! Since all of the members are now with different agencies, we thought it'd be appropriate to create new subforums so members can stay in touch with their activities. Please try to post here from now on with future updates and events.  Here are the new subforums we've created:

  1. Wow this is good news... I do hope they get to pocket some of the fees though.. DSP known to be kinda stingy? On the other hand, i think they really appeal to a wider audience of japanese due to their casual and familiar image... All of them try to speak japanese on all the shows which appeared so far. They also had been able to interact freely with the hosts (Shakeburi007?) on the shows they had been on, pretty much like any japanese artist without need of the translator's voice over. I am sure this was why they were chosen as the Japanese take a lot of pride in their language and see this very positively. Overall I feel they have made a pretty deep impact in the Japanese for such a short period of time. From what I see, Japanese media has pretty much included Kara as part of their music industry and there are substantially quite a number of news and reports on them happening constantly. The only drawback is that they have to sacrifice some marketing back in Korea and have to work much harder now. Still, they appear on regular programs (Hara, Nicole , Gyuri) and thanks to it we can see them weekly (HAM AND JING NEED A REGULAR PROGRAM!).
  2. @blazetorrent She looks slim these days actually, from the pics from the asia song festival press conference and the performance on KBS Open concert. She looks like a lady now!
  3. That pic of Ham eating Donkatsu... taken during their trip in Japan? hha its cute. Goddess is sleepy and Ham is hungry. The previous pic looks like AS Jooyeon, the angle it was taken. Of course I think Ham is so much more cuter with her eye smile ... personally hehe
  4. Hope Jumping will surpass this result! Eagerly waiting for still a few weeks to go man. They have achieved a lot this year !
  5. Nicole's so pretty in her new hairstyle... starting to get used to it... She's cute walking with her hands behind her back.. So unique haha. Look forward to the performance videos today..
  6. hello for people who want to watch Heroes and can understand chinese http://sites.google.com/site/vul3a04snsd/ Not sure if its been posted before. You can get IY stream too
  7. Ep 48 ! near the end of the show( the other half of members return from work) Where Hara was trying to defend the male guest constructing the dog house, she had this face .. super cute hehhh
  8. yay gogo kara.... Love their performance on music station and everything was good.. Hope that their next album will be very very sucessful. In both korea and Japan. I feel they have great potential, although they debuted 2 years ago, they are still very young now and they have so much energy in them.
  9. This episode was definitely the best so far for Nicole! the exercising part was so funny ..... at first she tries to follow but later on she gives up ... she has so much screen time being in Lee Jin and Gahee's team and the final part where she gets first but later asks "what does it mean?" Typical Nicole dorkiness! Looking forward to the next episode eagerly.
  10. wow an amazing read... thanks so much for bringing it here!..... She really is an amazing person and I always felt when watching her that she always seems to be hiding something in her heart. And she probably has the most injuries amongst Kara. I am really glad that Kara is now more popular in korea as well as Japan. Once they are popular in Japan , I am sure it will be easy for them to be recognized across Asia. Hope that good luck continues to shine on them .
  11. it was a little awkward seeing their performance without Ham at first, but the others did extremely well despite it.! Hope that Seungyeon comes backk!
  12. well at least they didn't make Sy perform... still looking forward to a great performance by Kara!! I'am sure they will be putting in 120% now that they lack one member .. get well soon SY!
  13. hope Seungyeon gets well soon! She always gets hurt (ankle, elbow and now this) and she needs to take care of herself more... Wonder what's the next mini-album like...if only I can have a sneak peak heh heh. I am really happy Kara did so well in Japan and is probably one of the most recognised korean artists there now.. Continue the strong momentum !
  14. her eyes! but everything about her is good. And her actions too ! ( like in idol army .. wiper dance.. )
