i don't know about Nicole, well a lot of ppl says she's really friendly but for me, Hara is the most outgoing member. when Hara and Seungyeon went to Pattaya Thailand, Hara seemed really close to other idols. we all know that Hara is really close to Hyuna and Hyomin cuz of invincible youth. She's rockin with them in Pattaya! and also to other celebs there like Onew, Minho, Seungri, Donghae and many more. but look at this pic, she's taking care of Krystal. i think they Hara and Krystal just met in Pattaya. even on other videos i watch, Hara is really friendly to other celebs like Jessica, MInzy, Yuri, Sunny, Taewon etc

for me it's Hara. She is very charming and she stands out among the members. she is really pretty. she can be pretty and beautiful at the same time! like the comment above, she can maximize her charisma.
