I've been pretty biased with SNSD. I lived my whole fangirl life believing Tiffany had the best eyesmile in Kpop. I've been thinking about this for quite sometime... but obviously, Seungyeon's eyesmile is even better. It's because her eyes are always smiling even when she's not smiling.
