There's a little bit difference I think, but it's hard to tell since the quality of the photo is not that good, it's black and white with different lighting, and it was some time ago and without makeup. Honestly I've seen people's faces seemingly transform completely in the span of a day....

They are sort of similar I guess...Goo Hara has a really unique face though, so that really emphasizes the contrast betwen her faces and others.

She's pretty without makeup! Though I don't like in the MVs and some performances how they make her put on so much eye makeup since she already has huge eyes anyway, making them look even bigger doesn't look that great tbh.

Hmm, from those .gifs, it seems they have her wear her hair in a pony tail in performances, though in the music video, for the hairflip part she has it down. Having her hair down emphasizes the hair flippiness more though.
