i think the japan sales and lupin wins moved our focus a bit away. remember "Wanna" promotions? Kara was up against some major competition and because of some clashes and a little bad luck with marketing, they only won 1 Mutizen with Wanna. Mister didn't even win anything, but the result of the promotions was explosive and really brought Kara to another level. i hv to admit, i am a little worried with so many new groups coming out... at first, i was a little upset because I was thinking, well, where's Kamilia? shouldn't the kamilias who bought the lupin album also buy this? but then I remembered, Kara released so many different merchandise that have sold amazingly well, it's only understandable that kamilias have to prioritize and save up! (i definitely had to choose between the different versions and albums...) my only wish though is that, if it does no take too much out of our girl's health, that they can perform another song like they did with Revolution. I think Burn is doing well, so either do the whole performance of that or Love Is or any other song.

i'm late with spazzing again, but ANOTHER AWESOME INKI COMEBACK! you can tell they are just so happy to be back and the fans. their vocals have gotten even more amazing in Burn and Nicole's pitch is more steady hitting the high notes in Jumping. It happened in Japan too, but she got it soon enough. i'm not korean, but watching this, there's really a feeling of, it's good to be home. nothing warms my heart like hearing Park Gyuri, Han Seungyeon, Jung Nicole, Goo Hara, Kang Jiyoung, KARA JJANG! ooh DSP is really doing well with the geometric patterns, I'm kind of getting excited about what's next? I am SO SO SO in love with Burn and I hope they'll perform it on two more comeback stages and get to promote it too since I love the energy, the image AND our girls get to wear sneakers, be comfy and NO INJURIES *coughcough*

When I was watching Burn, it really reminded me of this performance with the red stripes and how their backup dancers are dressed. I really love Kara now as much if not more than Kara4, so I don't mean anything negative by this and just wanted to share it.

the comeback was so awesome!!!!! i may have to change my name from lalalalahey to nanananagetyohandsup! JUMPING is AWESOME!!!! BURN is DAEBAKKKK!!! So charismatic! For a while, I was thinking, well, even if they don't get any awards, it's okay, Kamilia will still support them, but seeing their performances, it would be a shame if Kara does not get an encore stage and to perform it again again! I'll buy another copy in support!!! DSP, please also promote BURN, it's too great a performance to not be performed over and over again. The "Get ya get ya get ya" part is too catchy and endearing! I hope and really do believe the actual comeback will help boost sales in the mini album! Btw, I think the stylists did great with giving us different styles in both stages! Nicole's bangs and Ham's wig. I thought Ham was Cole at the beginning of Jumping before we could see their faces!

it's seungyeon and jiyoung? i thought it was nicole's voice during seungyeon's rap. sometimes, i can't tell the difference between the two... YES BURRRRNNN! excited, though this means it won't be the second promotional song if they do a repackage thing, but who knows, it might take off like Mister did.

oh, i actually thought the second chorus "nothing better only you..." was always sung by Nicole. they switch up the parts of like in Mister. I think we don't see Nicole singing the second chorus because they shorten the performances and jumped from the first chorus to Hara's part, right? Did I misunderstand something?

i don't really know where to ask this question, but since I monitor this thread the most, decided to ask it here and then maybe start a new thread somewhere else later? Does anyone know what the Dream Concert in January 2011 is held? I thought Dream Concerts were usually end of the year or like in the Fall and even with some Summer Specials. The vid mostly shows the history of Dream Concert form 07'-09', but there's a preview for 2011 at 1:23 with Kara amongst the list of performers.

agree about Nicole fixing the problem after her first performance with hitting the high note. that part is really tough (yes, i tried it ) to roll your body while hitting the high note "Gageru" because all three tones need a heavy expulsion of breath. The second verse "Momosu" is easier because "momo" doesn't need as much effort. So, when u listen to Nicole, she doesn't really say "ga" and hit "geru". haha i think i'm talking too much... oh, but i miss her dance turn in the chorus part, we get like a millisecond less of face time, but it looks so good.

our baby is all grown up! her new hair is really starting to grow on me. she looks so edgy. i think her stylists just need to be careful about not adding that extra fringe on the side that makes things look weird. btw, about that picture, some watch company like Swatch should see this and have Kara endorse watches. That's right girlfriend, Nicole is showing you how you can wear 10 watches on each arm and even around your fingers and look amazing. i cannot get over how good she looks in orange and yellow and not look like a sunkist orange >_<!

omg, band-aid! u r so funny! between booty shorts (by that i mean, underwear), i think that's actually more suggestive than mid-drift baring. but that's just me. btw, i like the black and white outfits, but i hope they don't have to wear those shoes, cuz it's so high and they could hurting themselves with all the jumping. personal experience, knee-high boots on average give more support even when it's high heels and u lower the risk of twisting your ankle or stressing the tendons.

some of those girls make me really embarassed to be the same gender as them. i know i'm exaggerating, but some of those comments makes me think, "you are the ppl who make it so hard for women to be taken seriously! do you have nothing else you want to accomplish in life?!?!" i'm not one to bow to pressure and understand someone will always hate you, but for Nicole's sake, i hope her tweets to JJ and maybe even some of the big male idols are kept private so nobody can read them. i want her to be safe from the antis. the "u ugly, u b*tch" comments will pass and Nicole is strong enough person to hold her head high, but i saw some (not in Eng) that says stuff like, "i wanna take a cutter to your face" "i wanna hurt you"....these reminded me of the anti that put glue in yunho's drink. what if some crazy fangirl makes it through security next time? chances of this ever happening are slim cuz it's risky to the idol, but i wish JJ (for example) would tweet something in general or to one of the ridiculous antis to make them realize that if they love their oppa, they should be nice to their friends too. on a good note, she is also receiving lots of support who are either happy to see their interaction or telling the antis to shut it!

yay! thanks for the updates on the real time charts. so, i haven't ordered my korean ones yet because i want to wait for their comeback stages...is it a good time to order now or wait till the week of their comeback and if so, from Monday-Friday, which day do they start counting?? ahh so late to the thread, but i was too busy commenting on AKP! lol! i love this album and all the songs, especially BURN. the girls have really improved with their harmonization and i just hope they have a chance to showcase it live. i really hope they will perform BURN with their comeback either with some interesting choreo which I've imagined or just purely focusing on their vocals like with I am (ing), Lonely and their cover of Road (Gil). about the song not doing so well in Japan, it could be because of their upcoming release of Girl's Talk which may generate far more interest since it is a full album and ppl need to budget, so its understandable. for the korea rankings, could it be because kamilias are waiting for kara's comeback week to make a huge effort (like when DSP released Lupin on an awkward date) in order to have all sales counted and bring our girls to an award on the three big music shows? i have to agree that this might not do as well as Lupin in terms of awards because they are promoting in many places, but I hope this will showcase Kara's talents and really establish Kara's name. Like Mister, because of a decision in the title song and also a clash with big names, they never won any awards for it, but, it really launched Kara's success. I think musically, this album can succeed in showcasing kara's talents and growing the fanbase. Have heart Kamilia! Kara will do well. We'll be with our girls all the way!

I wonder if they just called it Naeng Myun version 2 for promotional purposes or we'll really end up with Shin Naeng Myun or better yet,. yaaaaay! although i think filming may be chaotic or they'd have to break them up to two groups with 10+ regular casts and mblaq as guests (saw this on mae's our nikori site)...i thought they wouldn't have guests since the number of regulars would be enough for a grand introductory extravaganza! oh well, i hope cole has fun and everyone gets to see more of her loveable self while filming and also when it airs >_< i know it does feel like she hasn't been on schedule, but i guess it's prob cuz she and us are both used to kara being on many shows (idol army, cole goes to college, meta friends, selca season, zoo zoo club) when they are not promoting and when they are promoting, they are on every single music show and extra performance + special stage, so the schedules feel empty. but if we look at it, we've been able to see them throughout even after lupin ended, two members on regular schedule, jing was pretty much on a regular schedule for a good while, cole was on many big shows and we got tons of fancams of live performances during world cup season. and i think when she says schedule, she means live filming like hara on IY or cole on DT, but they're still busy practicing, preparing for japan single, mv, endorsements (which has slowed, but i hope they get more!) and will prob start working on their comeback in a bit if they're coming back in Sept, right after Japan promotions. So, it's a well deserved rest. I do miss Ham though, but I have a feeling she's having a grand time in school and leading the charge into Japan with hers and Gyulma's language skills. so no need to be sad, although of course, the more kara the better and the more cole, the happier i am! lol...okay, so i guess i didn't really say much hmmm...but again, KARA show TOGETHER!!! PD-nims, we know you love the girls since you invite them on so many shows! Please consider joining forces so we can see them together! Thank you!

i was a little surprised cole wasn't in the preview as well...i know we do get biased and cole does get schedules no matter what we say (like DT, FO...etc), but I guess I started getting a little more biased during Kara bakery and how Cole never got to appear with the rest. But then again, she was probably busy learning all the animal parts since there is a lot more preparation going into filming that with studying and class. and no Cole during hahamong last time and cole doesn't seem to appear on radio shows. anyway, that's my cole ranting. my bigger ranting is that i'm surprised Kara didn't get a show as a group!!!!!!!!!! i mean, i know they are really busy, but stiill..... but truth be told, i don't think kamilias have it that bad, we still get lots of fancams, performances and two members with regular schedules and "we're with you" after lupin promotions. so i don't actually feel totally deprived (or it could be that i've been busy and the days are melting together)

so i don't really know where to put this since it's speculation. i saw this article and using google translate (horrible translation) think that it says that Kara will resume activities in Japan in August with a short break in between and then is expected to have promotional activities in Korea in September! So, I'm hoping they'll release Mister + Lupin in Japan and then promote a new mini or something in September or even Oct in Korea to be dually released in Korea and Japan and maybe even all of Asia! can somebody who reads Korean see if I got it right? haha! i lol-ed at a lot of the comments asking why nicole only has 45 seconds (and then rolled my eyes at the snide ones saying "bla bla bla and kara only has 5 members") i was actually really happy with that part because, i kinda said before that i feel conflicted when Cole goes on shows. She is very real and when she is funny, it's naturally funny, but sometimes, she's a little too absorbed in what's going on, that she forgets she's filming and every idol's goal is to get more screen time. Like I did the comparison with Teukie and Eunhyuk who just have a touch and know when to turn to the camera and stuff. This time, I thought Nicole kinda grasped it when she did the short cuts of her songs and posed for a laughing point. She's still dorky Cole, but having this funny sense in addition to her natural cute self will def help in more castings for shows or even a funny series in the future. btw, i think Cole did have fun, but I thought she still felt a little shy. She's huggy, but Cole was def holding onto Yoona for quite a bit in this FO compared to when she went on with Tiffany. I guess having KJK helped lol!
