      You can even use video editing software to crop, resize, edit the video portion before turning it into a gif file. Much like what I did with that Welcome to Karaholic gif I have in the introduction section of the forums.

      Cut a video segment, I personally use Avidemux for that, then I use photoshop to turn the segment into a gif.

      If you want I can make the gif for you, you just have to tell me the source material.
