    Some infos about Jiyoung's new movie:

    - The movie is called "The sky there, what kind of sky is it?"
    - It will be produced by Nestle Theater and the product endorsed will be KitKat.
    - All movies from Nestle Theater have subs in english and other languages.
    - The movie will be released in October this year and we all can watch via Nestle Theater official YouTube channel     here
    - Jiyoung will be Ena, a girl who grew up in various countries and is currently alone in Hong Kong.
    - This will be the first time for Jiyoung as main role.
    - Jiyoung will also show her language skills in this movie since she'll speak Mandarin, Cantonese, Japanese and Korean.

    YES! Since Higanbana to Hell Teacher Nube and now Tamiou. Even without any subs I need to watch everything and see how she is doing as actress, to see if she is improving or not, to see if her japanese is getting more natural or not (even tho I don't speak japanese I try to compare her japanese with the japanese from other actors). Not only her dramas but her TV appearances and even her radio program.  


    About the subs problem, Tamiou (her recent project) is being subbed in english, watch it here guys http://www.dramatv.tv/watch-drama/tamiou-ep-1-english-sub.html

    So yeah, I'm always watching her, always xD

    I know it's kinda hard to understand and at some points I agree with you but only the photos she updates on her fc are private. The news are for everyone, her schedules, magazines, etc. There are always photos of events, magazine scans, some interviews and a lot of more stuff other than the photos she updates at the fc. The fanclub photos are like 7% from all the updates we have in general.

    This is serious guys, it's highly prohibited to post any photo from Jiyoung-Fc. If other people do it on twitter or any other SNS we can't do much, but here we have to follow the rules. So I'm saying again, if you see a photo that isn't from her instagram, sweetpower or any magazine related to Jiyoung, don't repost it here because there's a possibility of being from Jiyoung-Fc. Thanks for understanding.

    OFF topic: I just finished The Tale of Princess Kaguya and I just cried buckets of tears. I really wish it would win the Oscar tonight *crosses fingers*

    If they decide to make an equally awesome live action version of this movie and they need a main actress, they know who to call lol

    I became a Kamilia at December, 2013.. yeah, during the whole JiNi thing >< actually I started to listen to them during Damaged Lady but it was just for fun, then I became addicted to Seungyeon's solo and started to look more to KARA. At that time everything was only Seung until I watched a little video of Jiyoung in Invincible Youth that basically ruined my life lmao and then I was like "Wait no no no  I can't like her she is the one leaving, I must stay with Seung only" but nah, my poor heart did this to me xD so yeah

    Kang Jiyoung shares worries of her KARA image interfering with her acting image

    Former KARA member Kang Jiyoung recently sat down with Japanese music site Oricon Style for an interview  released on January 3rd, to which she revealed her worries as she walks down the path of acting.

    Kang Jiyoung has been pursuing her acting career in Japan since withdrawing from popular girl group KARA last summer, and has recently been confirmed for her first Japanese film role in the manga adaption of Assassination Classroom.

    To Oricon Style, she states, “I really enjoyed acting the first time I appeared in a drama, and I thought that I really wanted to do this in earnest. But because of my image as part of KARA, I was worried about how people would perceive my image as an actress. But I gained a lot of support from fans and staff, so it gave me strength.”

    “I have a lot of time to think now [that she has gone solo] whereas before, I couldn’t think of anything past tomorrow, but now I am able to think about the future five years and even ten years time from now. It’s a bit unnerving to live alone, but I always think to myself ‘this is for my dream, so reach for it.'”

    Set to play a sexy hit-woman in her upcoming Japanese film, Kang Jiyoung said, “It was difficult to play the sexy role. The manga is for readers 20 years old and up, and the professional assassin is so sexy and has so much charisma. My thoughts were that if I wore a blonde wig and a mini-skirt, which I don’t usually wear, would I not be sexy?”

    “It’s a distant dream of mine to work as an actress in Japan, but I want to become an actress that works across Asia. In 10 years, I’d like to work in Hollywood. I want to expand my skills as an actress. 2014 was the start of my second life, and I was a bit ashamed to call myself an actress. I want to become lonelier and stronger to demonstrate my acting abilities. I heard a lot of actresses are lonely. I want to be so into my acting that I get worried and headaches.”

    I'm proud, really proud, she is showing her true self now, I'm sure. It's "shocking" but it really makes me happy that she's able to show the real Jiyoung. I don't want her to become lonely tho, maybe just a little workaholic and still with some good friends? idk ><
