No as they're opting to wait until the Korean version is released, though one of the two tracks would be the Japanese version of WHEN I MOVE -- it's only the sixth track's title that's unknown at this point alongside what the final play order is for the second disc and DVD.

Edited to add a couple of stores to the OP. Also figure a bump to this thread is warranted for those interested in the HMV Japan bonus, as Japan Post has recently updated its list of countries that EMS packages can go to (thus expanding the amount of people who can order from there without requiring a forwarding address/proxy buyer).

The limited edition includes a DVD with the music videos for the above mentioned singles alongside the music video for the Japanese version and making of for WHEN I MOVE as well as a photobook.
A third edition is being released on February 15th, 2023, with a Bluray in place of the DVD and a different photobook included. The BD also includes the Korean video for WHEN I MOVE, which ended up getting removed off of the DVD's tracklisting when it was fully posted.
All three editions have 10 cards total; the limited editions each come with two random cards, while the regular edition only includes one.

Translation of the legible part of this:
"Gyuri and Seungyeon event report" (Text that basically notes about how the two came for fanmeetings in Japan during the winter, noting out Gyuri's meeting on December 25th as well Seungyeon's release events for "Uchuu" from January 12th to 21th.)
Gyuri: A long year and three months since she was in Japan for a fanmeeting, with a "welcome back" feel.
Seungyeon: Release events for her first solo album "Uchuu"; "everyone please cheer me on".Under Gyuri's side, it notes "group persistence appeal", with the pink text line noting, "Hello, I'm KARA's Gyuri".
Under Seungyeon's side, it notes "'Uchuu-kun' and 'Haruiro' showcase", with her pink text line as, "When I hear everyone's cheers personally, it makes me happy".Kind of wish there was a better copy with the whole thing readable :x Either way, kind of shows how Gyuri is still a bit insistent on carrying the KARA name with her, while Seungyeon isn't as much (not surprising given a note she made in a previous interview, where she wanted people to see her as solo Seungyeon for now instead of KARA's Seungyeon).

From what I've seen on Twitter, I believe so. When I get mine I'll double check though just to see, since the only things I know for sure are different outside of the obvious are disc art and the photocard (unless you're unlucky and pull the same one).

Got these pics today, and should have them by next week at the latest.
If I'm not lazy or have a lot of work to do I might try to scan both of them along with the random picture that's in the same package.Also, as a head's up: if you're having trouble getting the album, Yahoo Auctions would be the best place to look for them (as Tower Records has them as sold out and the only other way to get it at the moment is digitally through Google Play).

If it matters to anyone, the album can be bought from Google Play as well at the moment. It hasn't appeared on iTunes or Melon yet, but I imagine at least the former might have it tomorrow given Google and Spotify have it (or possibly not, it's hard to tell since neither of her official accounts mentioned the releases from today).

Weird that they'd put in two entries for the same album, as my own order from them was under a different name.
Either way, that saves me some time on making a guide on how to order through them unless someone wants type B (as the link they gave me lists sold out now and had the "don't buy this if you didn't request it" note on it).

If all goes well, it'll be on CDJapan as a special order item. I'll be more than happy to give you the respective links once they add it, the downside is it'll cost a bit more since they charge about 1500 yen alone for special request items under 5000 yen (and will charge the domestic shipping fee too if Tower Records charges in country shipping to them).
In the case that they can't add it (which seems unlikely) or you really can't wait to place an order, shiris' options are also there for you. Getting a tenso address requires you sending personal ID to them though.

A side note about postcard preorder bonus:
- the CD+BD editions at CDJapan and HMV listed one as coming with this edition when the relevant listing was made,
but currently doesn't indicate if the design is the same as the CD-only onesthe designs for these postcards are different from the ones that are with the CD-only editions- there are three designs total for those that come with the CD-only editions (one unique to Tower Records, one unique to HMV, and one that is available at all other stores except Amazon Japan); this distinction also applies for the CD+BD postcards
