eliza.hara구1 Posted March 4, 2013 Author Report Posted March 4, 2013 From mnet : Kara′s Park Gyuri has been cast as the main lead for the drama Nailshop Paris.The singer will be acting alongside MBLAQ′s Thunder, rookie flower boy actor Song Jae Lim and Jeon Ji Hoo in the drama, which will air through MBC Dramanet and MBC Queen.Hong Yeo Ju, Park Gyuri′s role, is the writer of an internet novel who dresses herself up like a boy and gets herself a job in the flower-boy-filled nailshop Paris. Park Gyuri plans to show off her skills in acting and nail art through the drama.Her role in Nailshop Paris is the singer′s first lead role since Kara′s drama Urakara, which aired in Japan in 2011. Directed by Park Soo-cheolScreenplay by Seong Min-ji - NSP Director and Writer collaborated previously on Manny. - NSP Director also directed Monster (kdrama - 2012) where Rainbow's Jaekyung was the lead actress. Wide Entertainment announced the casting of one of their talents, Jeon Ji Ho in “The Nail Shop Paris.” The actor is cast after showing off his acting skills playing small roles in other dramas, and will be attempting his first lead role in this cable drama. Jeon Ji Ho plays Alex, a fascinating character who also works in the nail shop called “Paris.” The character is said to be of handsome looks and has a caring nature that endears him to the hearts of the guests. He joins MBLAQ‘s Thunder and Song Jae Rim. In “The Nail Shop Paris,” Park Gyuri plays an Internet novelist who cross-dresses as a boy to work in a flower boy nail shop called Paris. Stills from the shoot for the drama have been released, and they show Park Gyuri fitting perfectly into her role, passing for a perfect good-looking flower boy with her new look.
