On May 20th at Seoul High Court clothing, Previous endorsed Clothing REAL COMPANY sought compensation for damages due to press surrounding KARA. KARA agency Dsp Media have to pay Real Company 50 million KRW. The Court reveal that they were only able to partially carry out their activities before three of the members filed against DSP Media.The dispute between KARA and their agency over their contract has reach breach of contract for violation as one obligation.T he court rejected the clothing company that said their company's image as a whole has deteriorated. Real Company, which previously sought compensation for damages following negative issue about KARA break up lawsuit against DSP Media in 2011.
