My friends got me hooked on Kpop, and now, I'm crazier than them about K-pop haha.

But they are all sones. I'm like the Kamilia (Newbie) among a whole bunch of sones.

Pshhh, you guys are lucky to have friends or people that you know or get to talk to in person that loves Kpop. That'd be a great conversation to talk about Kpop music and news but nope, none that I know of. Bleh -_-

none of my friends like Kara, they are more into boybands. And some of my classmates who like kpop are SNSD fans.

Sad life.

Hope he doesn't end up like me.I was a Anime and Japanese fan until I recently got back into Kpop. Then all of a sudden, I couldn't read Japanese Romanization words as well because I kept on pronouncing it like the Korean language. Not just that, I'm still going to attend Anime Expo in LA CA USA and go to the karaoke but I think i'm gonna be singing Kpop more.

^Yeah considering how similar their language structure is, it can really be quite confusing when you're trying to learn those 2. As long as we find the right balance then I think we'll be fine.

A lot of my friends listen to kpop and fangirl as much as I do, but none of them is into KARA... But they do love KARA's songs. Because no ears can deny that their songs are catchy, right? Haha :D

^I do agree with that. I wasn't really fond of Kara early last year but after listening to some of their songs, I really started to love them. :)

Not only do my friends not know of KARA, they don;t know much about anything K-Pop or even J-pop for that matter, but when I was getting into my KARA fever, you can BET I made strides to educate them!

One afternoon, I made them watch the videos for "Step", "Wanna", and "Mister" and I have to say, it was met with major success! They complimented on the girls, saying, "They're so damn pretty!" and when they saw the famous Butt Dance, went "Whoa!" They dug the dancing in Step, but one friend commented about the crazy colored outfits, LOL!

My friends all love Kpop but they're not really into girl bands, more like they're obsess with boy band (can't blame them) but I'm trying hard to convert them to Kamillias. I even manage to make my sister love KARA

Now the KPOP trend is devouring the world and almost everyone I knew listens to KPOP or watches K-Drama, that includes my parents where they started watching Running Man and some K-Drama influenced by me :whistling:

Most of my friends are SONEs, yes they knew about KARA but none of them is a Kamilia. I am the first and the proud one to be a Kamilia among my friends and the people around me :thumbup1:
