She does have more make-up on(the make-up artist went crazy again)...but the other person looks pale and doesn't stand out. i`m also judging by the looks of the hairstyle and make-up. I'm not going to go into the age issue here, but just talking about who fits the dress better and that's just Hara without a doubt. She was lovely looking that night at the KBS Entertainment Awards.
