I feel like there are times for makeup and times for no makeup. For performances, makeup should be used to enhance. The girls are always so tired being overworked, they don't have time to sleep and eat and makeup removes that element from they're faces. When they are doing things where they are not being photographed, they don't need makeup because I think most people agree that they look just as good (and maybe sometimes even better) without any makeup on.
