I don't think anyone could look cuter in that costume The youtube clip is from an episode of "MBC Every1 Family Needed" that Seungyeon was on back in 2008. It actually wasn't KARA's dorm, it was a room the family rented for a retreat and they were doing a sort of pajama fashion show. She wears that costume for about half the episode.
