5 member group Kara is enjoying a big boost in popularity, thanks to their second mini-album. It was just a slight cold and we went to the hospital for a check up.. Kara, who always stated that they are not weak, said that it was the first time that all 5 members got sick at the same time. Q: Recently, your fans came up with the 'Rubber Gloves Cheer', tell us more about it.. Hara: We have a part in our routine which is referred to as the Kim Gookjin dance steps. And its not just being a syndrome/fad, we are really grateful to the fans for doing that, making it an issue, therefore being a topic of many. And the member who always does that very well during performances is Nicole. Its distracting, but I'll accept it as being cute. (Laughter) Q: Right after your comeback, the phrase "Kara stage accident" became the number 1 searched in portal sites. What happened here? Hara: It was actually our comeback stage, so we had confetti as effects. I slipped and lost my balance, forgetting my dance steps. I think I was freaked out,that I accidentally stepped on Nicole's foot. I don't even remember making the sound on stage, and it hurts me so much when I think of what happened. I didn't want to cause any trouble or problems for the other members because of me. But it seems like the reaction to it wasn't bad at all. Unexpectedly, it even became the reason why others became interested in the group.. Hara: I am very thankful for that of course. I'd also like to take this chance, to apologize to everyone for what happened. It wasn't intentional and I'd like to say that I'm sorry once again. Q: Are the members getting along? Hara and Ji Young doing well? Hara: We became closer while practicing. We even had a little party in our dorm. At 12-midnight on Christmas Eve, Gyuri unni and Seungyeon unni, because they're already of legal age, received wines as gifts. Everyone was cozy underneath our blankets with our lighted candles, and we spent it well with one another. Nicole: Jiyoung whose feet hurt that day, was taken care of by Gyuri who applied ice on Jiyoung's feet. She was really like a true unni. We can brag that our team has now become perfect because of that.
