ahaha this is true but female artist tend to do better digitally which plays a large part in music show winnings. Male groups sale physically really well, but aside from 2-3 groups like Beast, infinite and BigBang, most do poorly on digital charts. SISTAR on the other hand SLAYS in the digital chart area, so they would have no problem deflating that hype that comes from male groups with large album sales. I think the past showcases have always been before the album is released. I'm really curious about both of these songs. especially the pre-release track. KARA hasn't even done something like that before. I can't wait any longer! I need the songs, MV, everything NOW!

I'm going off topic here a bit, but I agree with this completely. In Japan they have lots of female fans which is why they have lots of endorsements, but in Korea, they lack female fans and it shows with endorsements. Female fans are important because they invest more emotionally and an emotional investment is what causes fan-girls to defend their favorite idols to death and support every thing they do; once you've got a solid female fan-base, you can basically do whatever and be fine. Female fans are important because if they are die-hard stans, when you endorse something, they will buy it. SNSD has lots of endorsements because they have a lot of female fans. Lots of girls will buy the things they endorse because guys like them and girls want to look like the girls that guys like. Relying on "uncle" fans is hard; sure they spend tons of money but they don't invoke the same "fandom" spirit that younger fans can and it often makes it seem like KARA has a weaker or smaller fan-base; KARA doesn't do great in online polls and they don't get mentioned a whole lot in forums either. It's just that "uncle" fans don't have time to really be fans of idols, they have jobs and families. Perfect example is Kim Hee Sun and her husband. He's an uncle fan of KARA but he also has a busy job as a surgeon and I'm sure he doesn't troll the internet defending KARA in online forums and voting on online polls. Guy's like KARA but it doesn't illicit the same "copy-KARA" reaction as it does with SNSD. I think it also has to do with the age of fans who support KARA. Lots of male (and female) idols vocally support SNSD, and thats the age-range/ideal guy that girls that age are going for. KARA doesn't have many vocal male idol supporters. They have a lot of vocal "uncle" supporters but idol fangirls don't want "uncle" boyfriends. They want Taecyeon, Nichkhun, Minho and such. KARA is known as a very attractive group though and I think criticism tends to over-flow for them. Though netizens accuse groups like SNSD and T-ara for relying on appearances, they definitely consider KARA a group with ONLY appearance to offer. It's whatever though. Anyways, I'm way excited about the 4th album. I hope it's similar to break-it. I'm glad KARA went back to the covered up side. Kamilia seem to be the only fandom that don't really like when our girls wear "daring" outfits. But KARA doesn't need skin to win! They did it with Lupin and Break-It so I'm more than certain they can do it again.

AHAHA Hara posting a pic of Idrasol! I have that also...it's for people w/ dry skin or who want to combat sun damage after being out in the beach all day! It's pretty expensive though for a small bottle. I love it though.

Even though I didn't really like Gyuri's MAMA dress, she was still really beautiful. Also, her solo collection picture!!! She really is gorgeous there. Gyul definitely has the most "womanly" vibe of all KARA girls.

Gyuri looked soo good during the performance! She really stood out the most to me (aside from Seungyeon and Hara's outfits) She seriously looked PERFECT!!! I can't wait to see her teaser! I just know it's going to be beyond amazing!

hmm it actually looks like Hara GAINED weight! at-least to me! She always looked healthy to me, but she definitely looks more "filled out" this time around. Gyuri said she lost 5kg right! she looks really good. She normally doesn't like to show her stomach cause she doesn't think she's slim enough but at this latest performance, she is rockin!

lol that is that tall guy, GwangSoo right? He is just a weakling lol...he is really tall and skinny and not very muscular. I think even someone Seungyeon or Hara sized would be a challenge for him Either, way I know Gyuri will manage to steal the show somehow, she is soo funny!

Yeoshin seems to be doing well after her operation! She looked so surreal during her solo song Day Dream. Truly a goddess. Also, the video of her receiving so much fan love for 200lbs Beauty, I'm sure she was touched! Yeoshin we love you!!

As far as I know these presents are presents only from Miracle. Which is Hara's main fansite in Korea. I'm sure Japanese/Chinese and many other fan groups sent her gifts as well. But from what I have gathered, these are the presents from Miracle only.
