On the 11th, Gyuri shared on her Twitter account "I cannot really eat Pepero. It's because I had an upset stomach after eating it when I was a child. So, I personally don't like the taste anymore. It's good that there's bar rick cake. Today is Agriculture Day." On this day being Pepero day and Agriculture day, other than Gyuri, Hyun-Joo Gong, Sun-Young Ahn, and more have shared on their SNS accounts. Hyun-Joo Gong posted on her blog "We know of 11/11 as Pepero day, but really since long ago it was declared as 'Agriculture Day.' It's welcomed that people who love one another are giving and receiving. However, instead of gifting choco biscuit sticks, it'll be nice to gift farm produce." Additionally, Sun-Young Ahn posted on her Twitter "Today is not only 'Pepero Day' but 'Agriculture Day' declared by the nation. For a long time, my family have worked as farmers. I'm a new housewife, but I'm trying hard in farming as well. Our farm produce for our bodies! Be strong our farmers!" Perhaps it was a bad experience in childhood that affected the taste? Or she might be a allergic to it. i find it a bit funny that peppero day falls on agricultural day. Imagine giving two radishes! It form a 11/11 too. Also it is the healthier choice. 1
